The maniacdiaries.com site owned and operated by the CyberPartner company provides an online subscription services. Before using or subscribing to the site, please review the following Terms of Use (the Agreement) which defines your rights, responsibilities and benefits as a user of maniacdiaries.com. By accessing and using this site you have acknowledged and accepted these terms of services.
1. As a Subscriber to the maniacdiaries.com site, you agree to be bound by each and every provision contained in this Agreement. maniacdiaries.com may modify, add or terminate these Terms of services from time to time in its sole discretion with or without notice to you.
2. Subscribers will be charged a subscription fee for the Service, in accordance with selected payment method. Subscriber may pay by credit card or check. Your credit card will be billed by "VXSbill" and check by "Electracash".
3. Subscriber agrees to pay subscription fee by credit card or by check and hereby authorizes our billing process partners to charge Subscriber's credit card or check.
4. Subscriber agrees inform immediately CyberPartner of any of the following changes in his credit card account: Card loss or theft, or unauthorized usage of the card; apparent breach of security of Subscriber ID or password, such that unauthorized access to the Service via the card is possible. Unless Subscriber gives proper notice to CyberPartner, Subscriber will remain liable to CyberPartner for any and all charges for unauthorized use of the Service.
5. Subscription to the Service will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration of such term, unless the billing company that processed the transaction is notified 7 days prior to membership expiration.
- 3 DAY trial memberships will rebill to a full membership, ($34.95) 3 days after signup. Membership will not be renewed if subscriber cancels within the initial 48 hours of this trial period and can provide proof of such cancellation via cancellation confirmation number.
- Cancellation for trial and full membership may ONLY be accomplished by canceling the membership via the normal cancellation method at the applicable billing companies online cancellation page. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Upon cancellation of your account, you will receive a Cancellation Confirmation Number for your records.
6. Trial Subscribers acknowledge that Trial subscriptions may not necessarily entitle full, unrestricted access to the website. Special Features, and Member's Events will be restricted to full members only. Trial Subscribers must wait until the account re-bills to a Full Monthly Membership before these special features become available.
7. CyberPartner has no responsibility for supplying Subscribers with computer equipment or communications connections necessary to access the Service. Subscribers are solely responsible for these items.
8. Upon becoming a Subscriber to the Service, CyberPartner will provide the Subscriber with a unique ID and password which allows access to the Service. The ID and password is issued by CyberPartner in the form of a revocable license and remain the property of CyberPartner and constitute proprietary information and are the property of CyberPartner. IDs and passwords are non- transferable. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, CyberPartner will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Transfer of any ID or password to another person or entity, or allowing any person or entity other than the Subscriber to access the Service via such Subscriber's ID and password is strictly prohibited, and is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
9. Subscriber must be 18 y.o or older (21 y.o in some communities) to access the site. If you are under 18 years old you must leave the site immediately.
10. CyberPartner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your subscription with or without notice if you violate these Terms of Use.
11. We do not provide any refunds. Nevertheless, refund can be done if a subscriber gives us a sound reason why he canceled his account and if he didn't load more then 200 Mb of traffic. Any refund query must be provided within 24 hours after sign up.
Subscriber must keep and save his receipt, and provide it if support team asks to prove cancel procedure made by a subscriber.
